Keep Siti Free for the Ones Who Need Her Most

I built Siti to be a clear map for CKD patients who are being sold bad maps.

Every day, someone with a new diagnosis lands here. They are scared. They have been told to avoid this and cut out that. A supplement peddler is already in their inbox. They need a calm, reliable voice โ€” fast.

Siti has been that voice. For free.

But there is a problem.

A free AI attracts two kinds of people:

  1. The patient who is genuinely struggling and needs help now
  2. The person who treats a free tool as an unlimited resource โ€” asking 50 questions out of curiosity, not need

The second kind crowds out the first.

My solution is simple, not clever.

After a few free questions, users are asked to register. The link goes to a page with my email: ceo@nephrology.my. That is it. No paywall. No credit card. Just a single step that asks: Are you serious?

Most freeloaders will not take that step. The patient who needs a map will.

But this project still needs to live.

It costs money to keep Siti running. Not a fortune โ€” but real money. Server costs. API calls. The quiet work of improving her answers.

I am not looking for venture capital. I am looking for people who believe that a clear, honest map for CKD patients should exist โ€” and should stay accessible.

If you have found value here, and if you can spare something, here is what your contribution does:

No amount is too small. A monthly pledge of $5 โ€” the cost of a meal โ€” keeps the lights on [ click here ]. A one-time gift of any size tells me to keep going.

This is not a business. It is a service. And it will stay that way.

Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring.
